 (1) according to the actual situation, die-casting mold generally has two kinds of process flow.
The first: die is very complex and easy to deformation quenching. Forging, spheroidizing annealing, rough machining, stress relief annealing first (redundancy of 5~10mm), quenching, tempering, machine, electric processing, the second stress relief annealing (redundancy of 2~5mm), machine, electric processing, the third stress relief annealing (after the test mode), clamp repair - nitriding.
Second: general die casting die. Forging, spheroidizing annealing, rough machining, stress relief annealing first (redundancy of 5~10mm), rough machining, stress relief annealing second (redundancy of 2~5mm) and finishing, third stress relief annealing (quenching after the test mode, before quenching, tempering, pliers), repair, nitride.
(2) in the mold design stage must be pay attention to, the wall thickness is as uniform as possible (uneven wall thickness to open the process holes); for the mould with complicated shape, to use the mosaic structure, but not the overall structure of the use of a thin, sharp; mold, must use the fillet transition and increasing the fillet radius. Mold heat treatment deformation is due to phase transition should be the common effects of stress, thermal stress, the influence of various factors. Therefore, based on the correct selection, but also pay attention to the forging blank, the method used to six sides forging, repeated upsetting. To make the data recorded during the heat treatment, length, width, thickness deformation amount in each direction, the heat treatment conditions (furnace, heating temperature, cooling rate, hardness and so on), and accumulate experience for the future of the mold heat treatment.
